Reverend Starlene Joyner Burns is a phenomenal, nondenominational - interfaith minister and officiant. She is also a self-taught artist who uses her talents for holistic healing. Many people refer to her as a minister of healing, wedding minister, wedding celebrant, wedding officiant, spiritual guide, teacher, artist, and a minister on call.

In addition, she is the founder and director of SJB Ministries LLC, God Center for Divine Healing, and the Christ Church of Spiritual Science (new online community). Reverend Burns is also an active minister at the National Spiritual Science Center (NSSC) of Washington, DC; which holds Sunday healing service at 4:00 pm followed by a worship service at 5:00 pm.

NSSC is temporally located at the Takoma Chapel, 8120 Fenton Street, Silver Springs, MD.
