Reverend Starlene Joyner Burns is a Nondenominational - Interfaith traveling minister.  She is referred to as a minister of healing, wedding minister, wedding celebrant, wedding officiant, spiritual guide and teacher, artist, and a minister on call. 

 

In addition, she is the founder and director of SJB Ministries LLC, and God Center for Divine Healing.  Reverend Burns is an active minister at the National Spiritual Science Center (NSSC) of Washington, DC; which holds Sunday healing service at 5:00 pm followed by a worship service at 6:00 pm.
